We enjoyed outlet shopping and spent some quality moments at the gym playing basketball. The room was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay. The facilities were well-kept, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant for our group.

One downside was that the staff seemed a bit reserved. While they weren't rude, a more cute demeanor would have improved our experience.

Our stay was really great, greatly enjoyed free breakfasts.

Location: the hotel was just off all the "West" Kansas City sites, and restaurants.

The room was spotlessly clean and incredible with smoke detectors for safety measures, and central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave. The beds were relaxing and the bathroom was clean. The location was comfortable and unbeatable, for example, Community America Ballpark was not too far away from the hotel.

The room's kitchen setup was convenient for storing snacks and preparing simple meals. Spacious design allowed us to move around comfortably. Clean linens and a fresh bathroom made settling in pretty easy. I noticed the ceiling fan hadn't been cleaned, and it looked like it hadn't been touched in a while. Breakfast was lacking variety. There were times when options seemed limited, and fresh coffee ran out quickly. I also found the parking fees a bit surprising given the room cost. Our stay was enjoyable overall, but a few adjustments would make it better.

Loved the spacious King Studio Suite, ideal. Katie at the front desk. Just a heads-up, parking fees caught me off guard, but it didn't overshadow the great experience.

The hotel was perfect for our family! The kids loved the clean, spacious room with two comfy beds. We enjoyed some time in the gym, and the breakfast area was lively, perfect for fueling our adventures. And a full fridge was a bonus!
